COLTS
Age: 19+
Crowsnest Outdoor Leadership Training School (COLTS) is an accelerated leadership development program that aims to create Christ-centred leaders in the outdoor industry. This is accomplished through purposed instruction and in-depth training, then culminated with 2 months of experiential practicums leading out-trips during the summer.

PIT
Age: 16-17
The Personnel in Training (PIT) Crew program is unique to Crow, but is similar in emphasis to other camps’ teen training programs. It emphasizes and exposes all aspects of camp ministry as being of equal importance, giving training for & experience in all areas of camp.

Skills Week
Age: 16+
Offered as a 6-day instructor training week, our objective is to prepare participants to be head instructors in either rock climbing, archery, or canoeing. These three activities are the main ones we offer to campers in the summer. Training in all three skills runs simultaneously.

Cook’s Retreat - April 17-19, 2026
What: A time to get familiar with the kitchen and meet some of the other cooks for this summer. Try some new recipes and relax by the lake!

Skills Week - June 13-18, 2026
What: Get certified as an instructor for the summer in Canoeing, Archery, or Rock Climbing. Learn how to point campers to Christ while learning your skill!

Kickoff Weekend - June 19-21, 2026
What: Come Pray with us for the summer. If it’s your first year coming to camp, come check us out. If it’s your 50th, we’d love to welcome you back. Get excited for what God is going to do in 2026 at Crow!

First Aid Training - June 19, 2026
What: Cabin Leaders need first aid, come get certified in Basic First Aid and CPR C. Meet the summer staff and get excited for campers arriving!

Good Ol’ Spring Clean Up - June 5-7, 2026
What: Come get the camp facilities ready for summer. Lots of projects whether you are a Master Electrician, Framer, Plumber Gas fitter, Refrigeration Mechanics, Automotive Mechanic, Welder, Painter, Landscaper or just a willing pair of hands. There is a need for it all. Jesse will find a spot for you!

Cabin Leader Training - May 29-31, 2026
What: Get equipped to lead a cabin. Learn to provide a safe, supportive Christ-like environment for the campers. Meet other cabin leaders and do some saunaing!
